--------------------------- This was almost too easy. Of course, Sienna didn't know about Leo's love affair since they didn't share many friends, so she didn't know how tempting she had made the drinks at her party to him. She would never need to know. He would make sure she never found out because he couldn't even fathom the amount of trouble he would get into, and besides, they'd take away his alcohol. It was sort of important to him, it kept him calm, kept everything in focus, and he didn't know how he would make it through a single day without a thought of it. He would be so paralyzed and so confused. Even though Sienna didn't know where his money was going, he knew not to act like he had alcohol that often. This would be difficult, considering his tolerance was high by now, but maybe with the right combination of drinks he could pull off acting like he was smashed after a few cups of beer. Or, since he had actually been smashed before multiple times, he could pretend. He didn't think she would question him either way because she had no reason to mistrust him. He wasn't stupid enough to come home smelling like alcohol, and his tendency to turn up in the morning the day after a binge probably just made her think he liked hanging with his friends so much they spent whole nights together. He didn't even remember what his beer count was when he saw the redheaded girl, only that he was buzzed and so his mind couldn't be exaggerating that much in telling him she was beautiful. The fact that he had never seen her before added to the sort of mysterious aura around her, and he had been looking at her for at least five seconds before realizing he might be coming off as creepy. Quickly he looked down into the punch he was holding as if it were the most interesting thing in the world, hoping she was too busy with her friends to have noticed.

wearing_____________________________________ Bria was seated in the back seat of her friends car, they were on the way to one of the public school girls parties, though if she had been listening to the chatter coming from up front she would have heard that her brother attended the same school as they did. But she was looking out of the car window as they pulled up to the large plush looking house and she smoothed out the dark blue dress she was wearing. The car jolted to a stop and she laughed slightly at her friends parking skills before she slipped out of the seat and made sure the black stockings she wore didn't catch on any part of the car, straightening up and slipping her handbag strap over her shoulder.
Closing the door behind her, she smiled as she followed the other girls up the stairs even as she looked around the large garden that already had a few student milling around, confused as to where they were. Her dark red hair hung in curls around her face and she'd made an effort to look nice without falling face first into a vat of makeup like some girls did. Still, she had gotten used to the fact that she was generally the "cute one" of the group, she couldn't necessarily pull off sexy like some of them could. But she followed them into the house dutifully, even as many of the guys eyes turned to look at the new arrivals and though she hung back a little she could feel a few glances her way too.
Biting her lip gently, she looked around to see if she recognised anyone when she spotted a guy across the room and he was staring at her. Surprised, it took him a few moments before he looked away to his punch and she shook her head. It seemed less embarrassed he'd been caught staring and more he was too drunk to realise he'd been staring at anything to begin with. Looking up to her friends, Bria saw that they were slowly moving away to go do what they had planned to do for the evening and she couldn't help but smile as she saw them moving towards their targeted males for the night. Brushing her hair back from her face, she moved towards the kitchen where she assumed the refreshing beverages were held.

--------------------------- Alcohol tended to make Leo paranoid, so whenever a girl with dark hair would pass him he would instantly try to straighten up and look like he was behaving himself. It was never Sienna of course, she had too many guys to beat off to worry about her brother, but he couldn't help but think that she was onto him and had sent little spies to make sure he wasn't being irresponsible. Usually this paranoia was dulled as he got more drunk though, so he drank half a cup of the punch in one go to prove his point to himself apparently. It didn't seem to make the redhead he had been staring at impressed by him, but then again, why would she be? Oh yes, a boy who could drain a cup of weak punch was definitely so very masculine. Though there really wasn't anything he could do to appear masculine anyway. His frame was too thin and his hands too slim and his face too feminine in some ways. So he could pick up a keg and drink all of it down and everyone would still think he was gay. He had hoped this girl was into guys like him, but she seemed not to even pay all that much attention to him. This called for drastic measures. He almost fell over the table holding the finger food as he made his way toward the kitchen, the source of his punch. If the girl looked at him as if he were creepy he could just go toward the punch bowl again and pretend that was the sole reason he had gone into the kitchen. But he was too interested in her to just watch her leave and lose her for the rest of the night. So he followed her, trying to act sober, and still not talking to her, stopped near the slot in the kitchen where she was, pretending not to notice her while at the same time hoping she would notice that he was trying not to be noticed.

wearing_____________________________________ Sidestepping around people, Bria was surprised at how many people had shown up, from both schools, it was nice in a kind of claustrophobic way. Don't get her wrong, she liked people just not so much crowding or at least enough spacing that walking wasn't too difficult. She would feel stupid trying to dance her way though as people often suggested so instead she put up with the glares and the "watch it!"s to push until she came out on the other side and slipped into the kitchen. It was an open space with various drinks and things spread around the room over the counter tops and while there were a few people either getting a drink or necking in the corner it was relatively quiet.
For which Bria smiled a little as she moved to grab one of the basic red cups that were at every party and filled it with the nearest soda she could find. She knew people might find it weird that she wouldn't drink at a party where it was quite available to an underage girl but she had never been a fan. It didn't mean she wouldn't or didn't, but the taste of alcohol was .. alright and she didn't like feeling lightheaded when she drank. So Bria mostly stuck to wine or something else fizzy and light. She was very much a girl drinker and she realised this. Taking a long sip from her cup, she wrinkled her nose as the bubbles got up there before she turned around and halted somewhat.
Seeing the guy from before had entered the kitchen but stopped by the entrance she vaguely wondered if it was narcissistic of her to think he might have followed her in her but she inwardly shook herself. That would be self-centered. So instead, she took her newly procured drink and reluctantly left what she'd hoped might be a safe spot for her over the evening. As she started to pass him, she felt rude so, despite better judgement, smiled at him as she brushed past his arm. "Hi." She said softly, inwardly cursing her need to make sure she wasn't being stuck up and hoping that she hadn't just incited some drunkard to think he could start leaning all over her.

--------------------------- Having been to nightclubs and parties many times before, it was easy enough for Leo to make his way past the crush of people crowding the large living room area, though if he had been a little less drunk he might have noticed the death stares and the whispering. The paranoia was starting to dissipate; apparently the punch was stronger than he had thought, which was sort of scary. Just a few minutes ago he had been bitching to himself about how the mix was probably mostly juice with ten percent alcohol. Had his tolerance really gotten that high? To the point that he didn't even know the alcohol content of most things because he was so impervious it didn't matter? Of course, at the moment, he was too busy chasing tail to think deeply about the implications, and instead easily pushed any rational thought out of his mind when he succeeded in making it into the kitchen. At least he wouldn't have to worry about spilling his drink now. And if he ended up embarrassing himself in front of the redheaded beauty again fewer people would notice. He was too tipsy to easily read her body language without using more than his peripherals, but when he concentrated he formed the promising thought that she did notice him again and that better yet, she wasn't creeped out. Maybe she knew he was one of the occupants of this place, though that was doubtful. Maybe she had noticed him because he . . . was memorable? Hopefully not in a bad way, but right now his only objective was to talk to her so it didn't matter if she didn't like him that much. Once he opened his mouth he'd be able to rectify things. It seemed like she was going to give him that opportunity, too. That "hi" was very promising, and he smiled at her, trying not to make it lopsided. "Hello," he said, enunciating very clearly. "Nice party, isn't it?" The lamest line in all of creation, but at least it would keep her rooted near him for a little bit, hopefully long enough for him to exert his awesome powers over her. Which of course he had in spades.

wearing_____________________________________ Bria moved towards the exit of the kitchen when she saw him halt and smile at her obviously about to strike up a conversation and she inwardly cursed herself. She should have just kept going, she knew better than to make eye contact with someone, let alone say hello if you weren't keen on the idea of being drunkenly hit on but she'd slipped up and now she had to stop and turn slightly so she faced him more. Deciding that she would walk away if he tried to actually do something with her.
Holding the cold plastic between her hands, she looked up at him as he said hello, and she was surprised his words came out so clearly but she figured he was just attempting not to be obvious about how much he'd drank. Hearing him say it was a nice party, she smiled slightly at him and nodded. Well, if he was just going to make small talk she could deal with that. "Yeah, I just got here but it seems to be good." She said, taking a slow sip of her drink as she leaned gently against the wall next to him, unsure if this would be a long conversation or a short one.
Brushing a few stray red curls from her face, Bria felt a few people shuffle past them and give him a significant look and a little nod. She wondered who exactly she was talking to, she'd thought a girl was throwing this party but then she hadn't exactly been listening when her friends had talked about it. "I'm Bria, by the way." She said, figuring an introduction was the quickest way of finding this guys name and possibly checking if he was worrying material. He didn't look like the creepy type but you just couldn't be sure these days.

--------------------------- If he hadn't been so wasted already, Leo would have noticed the girl's facial expression when she realized he wasn't going to let her go by with just a hello. Apparently, he had REALLY misjudged the alcohol content of the punch, because he was definitely feeling it kick in. If it soaked in any further this night would set the record as far as his speed toward drunkenness was concerned. It didn't really bother him that he might have underestimated the power of the punch, even though it should have, because he hadn't made it so potent so was it really his fault that he had been thirsty? Realizing that he was completely off topic, he managed to get his words out with barely a slur, which seemed to please the girl. He smiled a bit back at her, knowing even in his altered state not to get too happy over small things like talking clearly, and decided it would be a good idea to say something else to her or else lose the thread of the conversation, no matter how short it had been so far. "It had better be good. . ." he said, closing his eyes for a minute as a wave of alcohol overtook his throat. Apparently he had drunk it wrong, causing that little bubble in his throat that wouldn't go away until the alcohol was completely out of his system. When he opened his eyes again, it was to look at the girl leaning against the wall next to him. Her hair especially seemed to stand out to him and he watched, almost fascinated, as she brushed some of it away, trying to pretend like he hadn't really noticed. After all, it was sort of creepy to pay a lot of attention to something that most people did when hair was in the way. Unfortunately, he fumbled for a minute when she spoke again, mostly because he was still thinking of the gesture with her hair, but did finally remember his name so he could answer. "Leo. Pleasure," he managed before adding, "Sienna's brother", a sort of automatic thing by now considering a lot of people apparently didn't know Sienna had any siblings.

wearing_____________________________________ Bria leaned slightly against the wall, feeling a couple of people brush past her on their way to and from the kitchen. She wondered how she had managed to get separated from her friends and end up talking to a guy who she guessed by the smell of alcohol on his breath was still standing by sheer force of will. Biting her lip gently as she wondered if that little bit of small talk was all the conversation was all she was going to be able to get out of him. Then she heard him say it had better be a good party and she again wondered if this was his party and she just hadn't heard right. Then he closed his eyes and she leaned back a little as he almost swayed, she wasn't willing to either have him throw up or pass out on her.
Staring at him, she waited til he opened his eyes again and she was glad he was still standing and hadn't brought anything back up his throat. Now she just had to escape before she got stuck babysitting the drunk guy. Bria watched his eyes follow her hand as she brushed it through her hair and away from her eyes and even as he kinda pretended not to be looking she'd really over-estimated his state. Hearing his name and that he was Sienna's brother, she recalled the name of being the girl throwing the party, so she had been listening. "That's cool, well I better go find my friends. See ya." She said softly, smiling a little as she pushed off the wall to make her getaway hopefully.

--------------------------- Leo knew he was making an ass out of himself talking to this girl, but he could hardly blame himself, good he? He hadn't known a girl who was actually attractive to him would come to this party, or else he might have tried not to get so smashed within the first hour. Okay, maybe he had been stupid to start drinking immediately, but if he hadn't, what if all the other irresponsible teenagers at the party drank all the alcohol? It had been hard enough to secure the supply they had. It wasn't especially hard for him to go out and get more, considering he had the money to bribe vendors and all that, he just figured that even they would be hesitant to sell him large quantities of alcohol at once. He opened his eyes and found that having them closed hadn't done all that much except disgust the girl. Great. And he could add his creepy factor onto that as she obviously noticed him watching her face. How many times could he fuck up in five minutes? At least the mention of him being Sienna's brother didn't seem to faze her all that much, though she did find a way to try to escape him. He wanted to grab her arm to get her back but that would only cause a humiliating scuffle so he said, "Wait," almost desperately, just wanting to spend a little more time with her, as much as he could milk from her. "Which, um, which school do you go to?" he asked, knowing she would have to stay at least a few seconds longer to answer him. And that was really all he had as far as questioning went for the moment unless she said something that made him think of some other way to keep her locked onto him.

wearing_____________________________________ Bria straightened her back and brushed off her dress with one hand before she moved to go find her friends or at least a nice corner or a sofa where she could relax. Although it probably wouldn't last long, she got the feeling this was going to be a long night. But before she had a chance to escape her current predicament he'd leaned forward almost as if he wanted to stop her from leaving and told her to wait and she turned back, a little surprised at his tone and why he was so insistent about her staying but she paused for a few moments to listen to what he'd wanted her to wait for.
Hearing him ask her what school she went to, Bria raised her eyebrow slightly as she looked at him. He'd obviously just pulled the first question he could think of from his head and she sighed softly to herself. "I go to King's Academy, you know the private school." She said softly, wondering if that fact she was a private school girl would help or hurt the situation. Often getting two very different reactions when she told guys that information at a party. Either she was a prissy spoiled bitch or a giant slut that because of her money needed to sleep around a lot. Both were great stereotypes to have about yourself and really attracted A-quality men. As shown by the guy desperately trying to keep her talking to him.

--------------------------- Leo saw that he had surprised the girl, Bria, and felt a little bad about it, but he couldn't let her just go and never come back. He wasn't making the best impression at the moment and he felt he needed to rectify her impression of him. It would be hard considering he was totally smashed, but he had full confidence it could be done. He just needed to concentrate on not scaring her away, not acting drunk enough that she would escape and try to avoid him from then on. She was different from the other girls in that she seemed more repulsed by his drunkenness; most girls found it sort of cute for some reason. Maybe he had messed up friends. But anyway, it was imperative he keep the girl here, even if he only had small talk at his disposal. He felt triumphant when she told him she went to the private school, no matter how unwilling she seemed to be to tell him, how much she wanted to get away. "I go there too. Awesome place, isn't it," he said, drawing out 'awesome' a little too far but not really noticing because he was paying too much attention to her expressions, trying to see if he had gotten past her protective shell. Not that he would be able to tell, but if her attitude toward him had changed drastically he might see a change. And not at all did he realize that he might appear creepy staring at her like this.

wearing_____________________________________ Chewing the inside of her lip gently, she wondered if she tried to leave if this guy would try and stop her by force if she didn't hang back. At the moment he seemed harmless, if a little over friendly with alcohol but she'd seen someone snap before, go from perfectly docile and seemingly just drugged out to violent and filled with rage. She didn't entirely feel like risking it at the moment so she decided to just wait until this guy lost interest or a friend of hers walked past that she could get away with. It seemed like a foolproof plan to her except for the having to stick around part.
Hearing Leo say that he went to King's as well, she smiled slightly, tight lipped, and nodded at him as she tried to ignore the fact he was now slurring noticeably. "Yeah, it's pretty good." She said softly, watching him as his eyes seemed to flit over her face and she wondered what was so fascinating. Bria was obviously not interested in him yet he seemed intent on keeping her there and talking. It was strange and she wasn't sure if it was some sort of prank of if he just got clingy when he was drunk. Admittedly he wasn't bad looking and in other circumstances she would have been flattered to get his attention but having a drunkard slurring at you wasn't her idea of romance and courtship.

--------------------------- Though his senses and intuitions were definitely dulled by his drunkenness, Leo could still tell that this girl, Bria, wasn't all that comfortable talking to him. He didn't know what to do about it, either. Every few seconds it seemed he felt a rush of blood to his head which was making him somewhat nauseous, and he had no idea how he was doing as far as speaking went. Well, except for her reaction to his words. She didn't look that impressed, which meant he had to be talking pretty stupidly, probably stuttering or slurring or both. Shit. He set his jaw and resolved not to sound as drunk off his ass as he really was, though he knew it a vain effort considering she already knew he was smashed. Maybe the fact that he was trying would keep her around, some sort of pity for the pathetic alcoholic. When she spoke, however, he threw that hope out the window. She was not happy at all. She was probably wishing she hadn't even come to the party by this point. The signals he had been receiving from looking at her face weren't at all positive and he coughed and then gulped when she spoke and agreed with him. What was she responding to again? Trying to mask his confusion, he smiled crookedly at her suddenly, not really knowing what the hell he was doing and on a whim raising the plastic cup of punch he was holding. "A toast to. . . to Kings," he said, hoping he had gotten the name of the school right.

wearing_____________________________________ Standing there with her drink clutched in one hand, Bria was trying to smile and be polite although this guy probably wasn't even paying attention to her or if he was didn't care if she wanted to talk or not. Why on earth had she attracted this guys attention, there were plenty of other pretty girls around this place and as for her idea this could be a prank, he didn't seem coherent enough to even remember if this had started off as a prank or not. So what was it about her that attracted his attention enough that he had followed her into the kitchen, why her.
Standing there, no longer leaning against the wall as if she was ready to get away at a moments notice if need be, she wondered when this conversation about the school would taper off and she could leave. Lifting her eyes, Bria watched Leo smile crookedly before lifting his drink and toasting the school in a bizarre manner. Nodding, she lifted her cup as well even as she raised her eyebrow slightly unsure what had brought that on. "Yeah .. I should really get back to my friends, their probably looking for me. Uh, nice talking to you. Bye." She said softly but quickly, turning and moving from the hallway in a way that got her out of there before he had a chance to stop her again but not quite quick enough to be running away. That was great fun, she wanted to find her friends now and try to have some fun without being accosted.
